Lauren Xaba
Lauren founded SquashDrive in August of 2009 and served the organization as the executive director through Dec, 2020. In 2020, with a move out of the Bay Area, Lauren shifted her career to executive search with a focus on Non-profit starting with United Personnel which was acquired by Masis Professional Group (MPG). She now leads the Executive search team at MPG as the Managing Director.
As a student at the University of Pennsylvania, Lauren was a two-time All-American squash player, playing on the national championship team in 2000 and captaining the team the following year. Lauren graduated with a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School with a Management concentration. She sits on the board of the University of Pennsylvania Squash Board, the Northern California Squash and Racquet Association and A Better Chance Amherst.
Lauren grew up in Philadelphia and lives in Amherst, MA with her husband Busani and their twins Zoe and Zachary.
Roger Howard
After graduating from the University of New Hampshire, BS Business Administration and working in Painting & Waterproofing contracting for almost 20 years as sole proprietor, employee and business partner, Roger’s career took an about face into recruiting and talent acquisition in 2001.
2023 marks my 22nd year in the recruiting field having worked with PrincetonOne (top 10 national firm), on my own for several years as Howard Recruiting Enterprises and then joined Korn Ferry, a global leader in organizational consultancy and talent acquisition, on their Professional Search Life Science team.
Roger has been delivering recruiting services in life sciences for early-stage biotech, mid-size firms and big Pharma-Biotech nationwide, in drugs, IVD, combination products and medical devices. Specializing in Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, Compliance, Clinical Operations, Manufacturing. Also taking search assignments in Government & Medical Affairs, Biostatistics and R&D.
In 2022 Roger was thrilled to join Masis Professional Group, a full-service Talent Acquisition and Recruiting, as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist. Our newly formed Executive Search Division: Lauren Jillian Search and Consulting is expanding to the west coast with new offices in Northern California in addition to our New England based home offices.
Roger grew up in New England and lives in Marin County just north of the Gold Gate Bridge & San Francisco. Raised two kids here, Danielle and Liam, and enjoys outdoor lifestyle participating in sailing, mountain biking, skiing having also coached youth soccer and Mt bike racing teams for many years. 3 generations of my extended family continue to enjoy a turn-of-the-century family lake cottage in New Hampshire, my father bought 60 years ago.
Sarah Warhaftig
Sarah graduated from Springfield College with dual degrees in Business and Economics and was a two year starter on the softball team and played semi-professionally abroad in Spain.
She began her career as a Sales Administrator for Fox Sports, and transitioned into a career as an educator. She worked in administration for multiple independent schools across the country, was a founding member of a charter school in Vallejo, CA and finished her education journey as a Senior Program Director managing a team and organization that supported youth through academic and athletic mentorship.
In 2017 Sarah started her own company Wellness Tools for the Trades, that delivers wellness classes and has successfully developed business and clients across the construction industry.
Sarah is thrilled to join the Lauren Jillian team in a business development role building relationships with new clients to provide exceptional service.
Sarah calls the Bay Area of California home, and spends most of her free time surfing, hiking and camping!
Fitore Bajrami
Fitore moved to the United States in 2006 and graduated from University of Massachusetts in Amherst, MA with a BS in Hospitality and Tourism. After graduating from college Fitore worked as a Sales Manager at the Sheraton Springfield Hotel.
Fitore joined the recruiting journey in 2020 with United Personnel, which was later acquired by Masis Professional Group. She is now the Executive Recruiter of Lauren Jillian and loves connecting the right people with the right jobs.
Fitore was born and raised in Kosovo. She is bilingual in Albanian. Fitore loves to spend time with her family, travel and learn about new cultures and try different cuisines. She lives in West Springfield, MA with her husband Asdren and daughter Anda.
