Fitore moved to the United States in 2006 and graduated from University of Massachusetts in Amherst, MA with a BS in Hospitality and Tourism. After graduating from college Fitore worked as a Sales Manager at the Sheraton Springfield Hotel.

Fitore joined the recruiting journey in 2020 with United Personnel, which was later acquired by Masis Professional Group. She is now the Executive Recruiter of Lauren Jillian and loves connecting the right people with the right jobs.

Fitore was born and raised in Kosovo. She is bilingual in Albanian. Fitore loves to spend time with her family, travel and learn about new cultures and try different cuisines. She lives in West Springfield, MA with her husband Asdren and daughter Anda.
